You will find the steeping instructions on the bag that you purchased the loose leaf tea in. Steps are as follows: -Open your package of loose leaf tea/flower (Mix contents in bag for even distribution of herbs) -Take one teaspoon full of your tea herbs and place them in your favorite steeping accessory. -Boil water to the temperature listed on the bag of tea purchased. -Pour 8 oz of boiled water in your mug of choice.(More if you are using a tea pot) -Once your loose leaf tea is secured in its steeping accessory, sit the steeper in your mug or tea pot and cover. -You will steep your tea for the desired time printed on the tea package. If it is not listed on the package visit our website and click on the teas description of your choice. It should be listed there. -Remove the steeper and tea from your cup or tea pot.
